Dental FAQs

Do you only do cosmetic dentistry?

Pro Dental Dallas is a full-service dental office. Dr. Roe's specialty training in prosthodontics is in addition to his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS). Whether you need a full-mouth rehabilitation, or just a cavity filling, we've got you covered!

Do you accept my insurance?

We work with all insurance companies on a fee-for-service basis. This means that you pay for your services and then we bill your insurance on your behalf. Any payments made by the insurance company will be in the form of a reimbursement directly to you.

Do I need to be referred by a doctor?

No, a referral is not required. Many of our patients are referred to us by other dental offices in our area, but we accept all new patients.

Where is the clinic located?

We are in the second building on the left in the Office Town complex behind Prince of Peace Catholic School. Our office park just off Plano Parkway, near the intersection with Preston Road, north of George Bush Turnpike. Our full address is 5136 Village Creek Drive #501, Plano, TX 75093.

How much time will I get with Dr. Roe?

Dr. Roe prefers a very hands-on approach to give you the very best care possible. During your initial consultation and all treatment visits, he will take time to explain your options and answer all your questions. We want you to have all the information you need to comfortably make the best decisions for your oral health.

What is a prosthodontist?

Prosthodontics is one of nine specialties recognized by the American Dental Association. You may be familiar with others such as orthodontics and periodontics. A prosthodontist receives an additional three years of education & training after dental school. This training focuses on restoring or replacing teeth using prosthetics like crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, & more.
